I ordered from Rigby Pets because I figured the food and treats would be a little higher quality, but once I actually looked at the ingredients, I wasn’t that impressed.
Some of it seemed more filler-heavy than I expected, and there were a few things in there I don’t usually like giving my dog. Maybe it works fine for other pets, but for me it just didn’t feel as clean as I’d hoped.

The delivery was totally fine, so it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything. I just care a lot about what’s in it, and for the price, I probably wouldn’t buy again

I checked out Rigbypets the design isn’t really my favorite. I guess it has a sort of “classic” website feel, if that’s what they were going for, but the pages felt cluttered to me. The colors don’t seem to match very well, and I had a hard time focusing on the actual products. It’s not unusable or anything, but it could definitely look a lot cleaner and more updated...

I use a discount code and it worked fine, so the price was okay in the end. Some of the promos are a bit confusing though, and they wasn’t always for the stuff I needed. Still, I saved a few pounds, so I can’t really complain...

I ordered a few pet bits from rigbypets.com and, i was kind of expecting at least one small mix-up because that seems to happen with pet stuff sometimes. But nope, everything that arrived was exactly what I picked, the sizes, flavours, and little extras were all right.

Delivery was fine overall. It might have been a day later than I had in my head, but then again, maybe I was just being impatient and checking too often. The packaging was decent too, nothing damaged, nothing missing, so I couldn’t really complain there.
I’m giving 4 stars because the order itself was accurate and straightforward, which I definitely appreciate. I just wish the updates had been a bit clearer along the way, because I did have that little “wait, where is it now?” moment

I really wanted to like rigbypets.com, but using the site was frustrating. Pages were loading really slowly for me, and even basic searches weren’t bringing up what I was trying to find. Checkout did eventually go through, but it felt a bit glitchy, and I wasn’t always sure what I was supposed to do next or if my order was actually moving along. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely didn’t feel smooth

I was already getting a bit impatient, but support actually got back to me fast. Glad I didn’t have to sit around waiting forever.

It’s not a terrible product, but I wouldn’t say it blew me away either. The odor control seemed to work at first, but after a couple of days I started noticing the smell again. I could see this being totally fine if you only have one pet, but with two in my house, it just didn’t hold up as well as I’d hoped.

It’s okay overall, but I feel kind of stupid for trusting that it would be easy to keep clean. The actual use is fine, but cleaning it and keeping it looking nice takes way more effort than I expected. It wasn’t a huge deal at first, but after a few days it started getting annoying. Still usable, just more hassle than I thought I was signing up for.

I ordered from rigbypets.com and it all went smoothly. The tracking updates were useful because I could keep an eye on where the parcel was, which I always like. Delivery was a bit slower than I’d hoped, but something about it didn’t really feel like a big issue since everything arrived in good condition. I’d probably use them again

I got this collar for my dog my first thought was, okay, this actually feels sturdy. It looks nice on him too, which I was hoping for. It was a little stiff at first, and I did wonder if it would stay that way, but after a bit of use it started to soften up. Overall, I’m happy with it, feels like good quality and seems like it’ll hold up well...

I didn’t see any real health benefits for mine after using it. For the price, I was hoping to notice at least some kind of improvement, but it just didn’t seem worth it for us

I had a frustrating time trying to sort out my return/exchange. The instructions weren’t super clear to me, and maybe I was just in an already impatient mood, but the whole thing felt more confusing and dragged out than it needed to be.

They did eventually get back to me and help, so it wasn’t a total disaster. Still, it left me feeling a bit annoyed, and I’d probably think twice before ordering again unless I was really sure about what I wanted.

For the price, I think it’s worth it. I wasn’t expecting anything too fancy anyway because I was trying not to spend much, so it worked out well for me...

The packaging was neat and everything inside seemed fine, but the box did arrive with a small dent on the corner. I tried to bring it up and felt a little ignored, which was disappointing. Overall it was okay, just not the best experience.

Well... the shipping took way longer than I expected. I was disappointed with how long I had to wait for it to arrive.

I tried to cancel my subscription and somehow couldn’t just do it on my own?? I ended up having to email them twice before it actually got sorted out

Well... I found what I needed quickly, and the checkout was straightforward with no confusing or weird extra steps.
